All our beauty machines are covered under our extended 1 year return to base warranty service (Unless otherwise stated). If the item breaks due to a defect , we will repair it for free.
1. Within 1 year from the original purchase date, customers can return faulty units to us for free repair service by contacting us with the following information;
– Item code
– Phone Number
– Damage description
2. Once we’ve signified the acceptance of your repair, please return the unit with a courier of your choice.
3. Upon receiving your shipment our service team will perform a detail checkup and maintenance.
4. Once we have verified the problem, we will perform the necessary repair and invoice you for the cost of return shipment.
5. Once the shipment cost is cleared we will process with dispatch accordingly.

2. Delivery–We urge customers to use only delivery methods with tracking information available. If an item is lost or damaged during delivery, please direct your claims at the courier service.
3. Servicing time–The time required for servicing may vary from item to item. We will try our best to maintain the shortest time lapse, and we do ask for your patient while your item is being attended to.
4. Invalid Warranty Claims –Buyer’s responsibility: If a returned product is not eligible for warranty, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
